“Wowza!, That's the mother of all cars!”

1935 Ford 48 Roadster

For 1935 Ford claimed, Greater beauty, greater comfort, greater safety. This beautiful 1935 Ford Model 48 Deluxe Roadster with a rumble seat is painted Washington Blue with a Tan top and a Red interior. This Roadster is pretty stock with the 221ci. Flathead V-8 engine and a 3-Speed manual transmission. The Ford has an all steel body, Banjo steering wheel, A/M radio, rumble seat, dual tail-lamps, single exhaust, rear mounted spare, and contrasting red wire wheels with wide whitewall tires.

In 1935 Ford redesigned their cars with a lower and more streamlined appearance. Fender outlines were much more rounded and the windshields were more sloped than before. Cowl lights were a thing of the past as parking lamps were now integrated into the headlight housing. All Fords now had front hinged doors and the headlamp shells were body colored. This beautiful car was $550 when new in 1935, and weighed just under 2,600 pounds. With only 4,896 made this is a fairly rare car, so dont wait too long.
